Hi there! I’m Sierra! I’m a Sagittarius with a Leo moon and a Leo rising so triple fire baby!

I’ve been doing my own hair and my sisters’ for as long as I can remember. Many mistakes and mishaps later (including being banished to doing my hair outside and rinsing it with the hose from one too many stained tubs) and now I’m here! Having learned what not to do on my own head my whole life and now actually knowing the right stuff to do for y’all! I’m always wanting to learn something new and figuring out a new thing to be able to offer behind the chair. I don’t want to stop until I know everything I possibly can!

I’ve always wanted to be a hair stylist since I was a kid! Growing up around the wives of my dad's band in biker bars, I idolized those ladies and thought they were the most glamorous women alive and when I learned most of them were hair stylists I knew that was the life I wanted! Seeing Dolly Parton as the town hair dresser in Steel Magnolias just cemented it even further. Cut to some weird and lame jobs and a brief stint as a philosophy major in college and here I am finishing my apprenticeship and doing what I’ve always wanted to do!

When I was growing up, I was a little freak! Always a little too weird and a big ol scene kid with waist length extensions, sky high teased hair, and neon cheetah print eyeshadow every single day. Which is really all to say: I’m down for anything you wanna do! Nothing is too weird for us to do together! I’m also a loud and proud fat girl that always wants to make everyone feel good about themselves and their bodies! And am always down to talk body politics too!

When you’re in my chair I want you to feel comfy, cared for, and heard! It’s my highest goal to help you feel like yourself and love what you see in the mirror and so whatever part I can play in that is truly sacred to me. Be warned though: I am a bang pusher! I think there’s a perfect bang for every person but I promise to listen to your no ; ) All jokes aside I want to get to know your hair and find the perfect look for your routine and lifestyle so it never feels like it’s not YOUR cut or look.

I’m a townie and proud of it and am always trying new places so let me know whatever rec you need! Come hang so we can do cool hair and talk about movies, Taylor Swift, your awful ex, or literally anything you want! Don’t be afraid to be nosy cause I sure ain’t!
